They've worked tirelessly to bring together the best team who is truly committed to our residents and working together to provide the highest quality care! They've already seen a 50% reduction in annual survey points and 75% reduction in complaint survey!

Celebrating the rest of our corporate respiratory therapy team, Kristal, Kari and Shannon!
🩵Kristal has been on the Optalis team for 6 years! Outside of work, she enjoys sports and watching her favorite teams including her kids!
🩵Kari joined Optalis about 2 years ago but has been a Respiratory Therapist since 2008. She loves to have her nose in a book, especially a psychological thriller by Frieda McFadden! Additionally she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter.
🩵Shannon has been a Respiratory Therapist for 12 years, joining the Optalis team in 2019. When she started her career journey, she knew healthcare was the desire but never saw Respiratory Therapy on the path, yet is so grateful life led her to it!

Join us in celebrating Akram, our Corporate Director of Respiratory Care and has been a Respiratory Therapist for 39 years! After retiring from Henry Ford Hospital (after 30 years) he joined the Optalis team (nearly 10 years ago). He is a member of the American Association of Respiratory Care( AARC ), Michigan Society of Respiratory Care(MSRC) and a Basic Life Support instructor.

"Optalis is my second home and the Optalis family is my second family. Always enjoyed the activities provided to the staff and the gatherings around the holidays, but, most of all, the care provided by our facilities is an exceptional and phenomenal one.
