During National Health Center Week, we honor our mission and recognize the dedication of our incredible Medical Providers and staff.

Morton is a Primary Care Medical Home that provides care for the entire family. A wide range of services are offered to seniors, adults, children, and infants. These services include diagnostic and therapeutic care, health education, and referrals to specialty medical care as appropriate.

Measles cases are rising in the US.
According to Oklahoma State Department of Health, measles are on the rise and symptoms may last for 1 to 2 weeks. Measles can be serious in all age groups; however, individuals at higher risk for serious illness and complications include: Children, younger than five years old, Adults older than 20 years old, Pregnant women, and people with compromised immune systems.
