What’s old can be new again. We refreshed the metal on this 1950’s P3 Shuron, then made custom blue gradient lenses with sapphire blue to install. 🔥

🖼️ We had a chance to link up with NY artist at his home studio in Nyack 📸 Chris is wearing & , two amazing California indie brands we carry in our shop.
We talked a little about art, style, family, dogs, music, and the creative process. Chris is a visual artist, specializing in large-scale murals and dimensional artwork. Working in mediums including painting, photo-collage, digital art, and ephemeral mediums, Soria applies his versatility to a multi-disciplined mural-making practice.
He has created and collaborated on works of art in public, private, and shared spaces for more than 20 years, with dozens of murals and street art throughout NYC and beyond.
In Nyack, you can view some of his art or on the bike path going over the Mario Cuomo Bridge.
Thanks for the time, Chris! We love the creative energy of Nyack and our amazing community of artists!

A few weeks back, Dan Silbert and I reunited to film our fifth campaign for Hudson Spectacles.

We roamed around town, asking our usual pals if they’d be part of it, and guess what? Nyack came through!!

We had the chance to catch up with Lindsay Owen, the owner of By Land & Sea on South Broadway at River Hook. We love the beauty of this preserved estate and the many ways the sun shines through.
