Dr. Handelsman was raised in Spring Valley, NY, attending Ramapo High School, and Rockland Community College. In 1981, Dr. Handelsman was awarded the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College. He is on the clinical teaching staff of the New York Chiropractic College. He and his staff are committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Handelsman with his 34 years of experience in chiropractic practice, rehabilitation, nutrition and wellness lifestyle; provides individual treatment plans for his patients. Dr. Handelsman practices advanced technologies aimed at resolving muscle strains, overuse injuries, as well as disk herniations. Taking a “whole-listic” approach to treating his patient’s needs, he takes into consideration your lifestyle, activities and dietary habits while resolving physical injuries. Dr. Catherine Hall is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist. After completing a BA and MBA, she attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine for four years and obtained her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She moved to New York and completed her acupuncture training at the Tristate College of Acupuncture in New York City. She is an adjunct professor at Mercy College where she teaches nutrition and physiology. Dr. Hall uses her expert knowledge of supplements, homeopathy, botanical medicine and acupuncture together to design an individualized protocol for each patient and his or her specific condition. Dr. Hall works with patients who have a variety of complaints ranging from pain-related concerns to allergies, digestive issues, stress, infertility and more. Dr. Hall has worked with Dr. Handelsman for the past 10 years where an acupuncture treatment is done after a chiropractic evaluation and adjustment. Studies and our own experience have shown excellent results.
