DEEPLY RESTORATIVE YOGA with Laura Kallen.

Restorative Yoga is a quieting and nourishing practice. When we are distracted and rushing, there is a layer of anxiety and tension on top of our movements. Restorative yoga helps to set the stage for peeling away the layers of tension, for releasing emotional stresses and physical misalignments. Restorative yoga is an opening and receptive practice which helps to facilitate health and healing. It’s a beautiful compliment to a vinyasa practice.
