What a thrilling morning we shared with the Clarkstown North High School Basketball team under the direction of Coach Kenny and Assistant Coach Cole. The boys varsity team demonstrated their basketball skills, humor and teamwork in fine fashion. They performed drills and encouraged us to participate in all with the exception of the slam dunk!! After a Q & A we learned more about these 11 boys and could see that their chemistry extends beyond the basketball court.
These boys then played some board games and had conversations with us and this made for a most memorable day. When the basketball season starts next month you can be sure we will be courtside cheering on the Rams, our new friends.

We had two winners in the guess the weight of the pumpkin contest. What should we do with only one pumpkin? “Make pie”, “cut it in half”, “share it “ were some of the responses from the many participants. But winners Veronica and Patsy had another idea. “We will add it to the beautiful fall decorations”. Thank you ladies.
