During a recent tour at Memory Care Home Solutions in St. Louis, their Team showed us their dementia-friendly cat on display, and we all agreed something was missing...

On Monday, we had the joy of gifting their Team a dementia-friendly companion puppy. With its soft fur, gentle tail wags, and cheerful barks, it was love at first bark! ❤️ The Team at MCHS is excited to share the pup with visiting families as a comforting, therapeutic option for loved ones living with dementia.

"For over ten years, my wife Sally and I, along with our Team at Assistance Home Care and the Men’s Club at St. Joseph’s in Cottleville, have been blessed to support the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood at their annual picnic.

On Saturday morning, we had the honor once again of sponsoring and providing food and drinks for their annual picnic in O’Fallon, Missouri. It’s been such a great honor to get to know this amazing group, who have been an important part of the St. Charles community. A big thank you to Kyle Gaines and Sherri Hercules with St. Charles County Ambulance District for joining today’s Parkinson’s Support Group at Spencer Library! 🚨❤️

Led by our very own Amanda Schmidt, CarePlus & VA Program Manager, this Parkinson's support group offers education, encouragement, and connection for individuals living with PD and their care partners in the St. Charles area.

Today’s presentation covered:
✔️ Fall prevention strategies
✔️ The role of Mobile Integrated Health for those with chronic conditions
✔️ The File of Life—a simple, lifesaving tool that ensures first responders have quick access to resident's critical medical information and directives
✔️ SCCAD’s Rapid Access Safe Entry Program, designed to provide safe and timely access to a home during emergencies
