This weekend we celebrated these kiddos turning 4 and 1. It’s crazy to think that James Paul is 4, but it’s even more wild that Clara Grace is 1 already. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Low back pain? Why does this happen?

Most people struggle to do what is depicted in this picture, which is creating a good “abdominal cylinder” or as I call it the soda can. Core stability does not come from contracting superficial muscles of your abdominal wall but rather from using your diaphragm to create what’s called IAP (intra-abdominal pressure). Learning to breathe utilizing your diaphragm can help provide daily support instead of taxing your low back muscles.

You don’t have to let low back pain keep you from doing the things you most enjoy in life!

On this day 8 years ago this pretty lady made me the happiest man in the planet. I’m 8 years God has blessed us so much. A beautiful home, great careers, health, and 2 incredible kiddos. The last 8 years have been amazing but I can’t wait to see what lies ahead! Love you and I can’t wait for the next 50+ years! Happy anniversary!

Thank you to for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of the CHS Golf Tournament for the third year in a row. was out there giving people their electrolytes while .dylandix and myself got to play in the tournament. Such a fun day and we’re so grateful to support such an awesome school district.

Man what a day! Reps for Vets 2023 was a lot of fun. Without our vets and all their hard work, we wouldn’t have all the freedoms we currently enjoy. With that being said, thank you to and for all the hard work in putting on this event and raising money for our veterans. If you’re on the wentzville/lake St. Louis area looking for a great gym, look no further. These amazing men and women will take great care of you!

Fire station trip this weekend was beyond a success. James is dead set on being a firefighter and loves getting to hang out with some of his heroes in his neighborhood.
