My alarm is set for 5:30am every today. That’s when my Best Self arises in the morning to get a quick yoga session and me-time before the kids wake up.
Reader, I was not my Best Self this morning. I let myself sleep in an extra half-hour, but my body & mind clearly needed it after the holiday weekend. Grateful to see this reminder.
