We have such caring patients and we THANK YOU for helping us show support for Kasie on her last week before surgery. Coach Kasie is ready to fight like a girl!!! She will be back in the office soon (we’re probably going to have to kick her out for trying to return TOO soon, knowing her!)

Donations for Coach Kasie!
Diagnosed with breast cancer, Kasie will be out on medical leave soon for surgery. We’re raising funds to help her with meals etc while she’s recovering. We have a donation box at the office or you can donate directly to Kasie’s Venmo (in the picture below). With over 3 years of experience in Assisted Stretching and a background in personal training and nutrition — she’s a powerhouse when it comes to helping you move and feel better. A former collegiate volleyball player at Lindenwood University, she experienced firsthand the value of taking care of your body--both on and off the court. She graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and minors in Nutrition and Health and Wellness. Mackenzie is a certified Personal Trainer with additional certification in Nutrition. Her background in athletics, combined with strong communication and a supportive coaching style, makes her a dynamic guide for clients of all levels.
