My Story

I am a graduate of the Body Therapy Center & School of Massage. I hold the belief that one should take care of their mind, body, and spirit as a whole. I am passionate about massage therapy and work to relieve the body of tension and stress. I meet every client in an attentive and caring way. My approach to massage is holistic with attention focused on the concerns of the client. I use essential oils and appropriately firm and fluid techniques in my massages to promote relaxation and therapeutic effects. I will customize a massage that will get you back in balance using a variety of modalities including swedish, deep tissue, reiki, cupping, myofascial release and stretching. I work the entire body and make sure to work any specific areas of concern with a 360 degree mentality (working all around the entire area), as everything in the body is connected.
