The countdown is ON, Chesterfield!
We’re officially opening our brand-new studio, and you’re invited to celebrate with us.

Join us December 30th from 4–7 PM as the Chesterfield Chamber kicks things off with a ribbon cutting at 4 PM. After that, come explore the space, tour the studio, sign up for classes, and get a first look at all the offerings coming your way.

Our schedule goes live December 1st, and while instructor names are still being finalized, you can absolutely start booking.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Mat Drive for Prairie View’s Zen Den — In Honor of Jen

This November, we’re inviting our Detox Yoga community to join us in honoring someone who left a lasting mark on our studios and on countless young lives — Jen.

Jen was a beloved Detox instructor who shared her passion for mindfulness with children at Prairie View Elementary, where she taught yoga and breathed so much light into their school community. After Jen passed away from brain cancer, Prairie View created the Zen Den in her honor — a peaceful space where students can move, breathe, and reset, just like she taught them.

To help support the Zen Den and continue the legacy she planted, we’re collecting new or gently used yoga mats all November long. Your donation directly supports a space built to reflect Jen’s kindness, presence, and calming spirit.
