🦃 Thanksgiving Prep Reminder from OWCS, Plus!
If your turkey is still in the freezer… it’s time to start thawing!
Refrigerator thawing takes 1–6 days depending on the size of your bird:
4–12 lbs: 1–3 days
12–16 lbs: 3–4 days
16–20 lbs: 4–5 days
20–24 lbs: 5–6 days
✅ Keep in original packaging
✅ Place on a tray to catch juices
✅ Keep refrigerator at 40°F or below
