The Faithful Fit Club The GOAL of The Faithful Fit Club is to motivate and inspire people to live healthier fit lives. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME. Join us!

The Faithful Fit Club is open to Men & Women of ALL fitness levels. Our workouts can be modified to fit any level of fitness. IT'S FREE, but the reward of GOOD HEALTH is PRICELESS!! We will be exercising together, holding each other accountable, and encouraging one another. All with the goal of living healthier fit lives! We meet Monday through Friday mornings at 5:30 am in the Fellowship Hall of the Christ Lutheran Church (located at 7th and Clay Streets in O'Neill) Each workout lasts approx 45-50 minutes.
