๐ Tip #1: Standing Hamstring Stretch ๐
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and gently bend forward from your hips. Reach towards your toes, keeping your legs straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
๐ Tip #2: Seated Hamstring Stretch ๐
Sit on the edge of a chair or on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Slowly reach forward towards your toes, keeping your back straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
๐ Tip #3: Supine Hamstring Stretch ๐
Lie on your back with one leg extended straight on the floor. Bend your other knee and gently pull it towards your chest. Straighten your leg as much as possible while feeling a stretch in your hamstring. Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch sides.
