Our Story
Stella Center is located in Oakbrook IL, a suburb of Chicago. The first step is to take our free online exam to help understand the extent of your symptoms. Our patient coordinators guide you through a consultation and help to understand if SGB is right for you. If you are a candidate, we schedule an appointment. You will then come in for your outpatient procedure – a single day visit.Dr. Lipov uses image-guidance (like an ultrasound) and performs his adaptation of the Stellate Ganglion Block, targeting a bundle of nerves near the base of the neck. After the procedure, Dr. Lipov will speak to you to understand the impact of the procedure. Patients usually feel a difference immediately. From there, we encourage you to maximize the benefits of the procedure through therapy with either Dr. Shauna Springer or your existing support system.
