Case Study: The Facecard Under-Eye Formula

Her concerns:
Hollows, bags, dark circles, and that constant “I look tired no matter what I do” feeling.

In this case, it wasn’t just “dark circles.” It was:

Volume loss in the midface

True tear-trough hollowing

Thin, crepey skin and shadowing

So instead of just filling the groove, we followed the Facecard formula: Diagnose → Support → Refine → Brighten.

What we actually did:

Support: Rebuilt midface structure first (Radiesse + HA filler) so the under-eye stopped collapsing and casting shadow.
