🌿 Mindfulness Break: Reset Your Midweek in 60 Seconds 🌿

Feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or drained?
Take a quick moment with us to pause, breathe, and ground yourself.

🧘‍♀️ Try this 4-4-4 Breathing Exercise:
- Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
- Hold your breath for 4 seconds
- Exhale gently for 4 seconds
- Repeat 3–4 times, eyes closed or softly focused

💡 Add a grounding statement:
- "I am here. I am safe. I am present."

Even one minute of mindful breathing can lower stress, calm your nervous system, and improve focus.
