A question we get asked a lot is:
What length of massage is best for me, a 60-Minute or a 90-Minute?
There is a couple things to consider! First, are there any health concerns we need to take into consideration? If there is, we always recommend starting with a shorter time slot to see how your body handles the massage. If someone is looking just to relax, a 60-Minute massage should be plenty of time for your body (and your mind!) to zen out. Or, are you only looking for an upper or lower body massage? 60 minutes would be enough time for that, as well.
If someone has a specific concern, such as chronic pain from work, and old musculoskeletal injury, or whatever it may be, we would recommend a 90-Minute. With 90 minutes, this gives your Massage Therapist enough time to address the area of concern, and still have enough time left over to get a full body service.
We do also offer 30-Minute massages, usually used to target only one area of the body, OR 120-Minute, if you’re looking to REALLY pamper yourself!
