How do we mark milestones in our life? Most of us share the event with others’s such as birthday’s, anniversaries and retirement, while other times, some events go unnoticed!

I’m here to celebrate and share a major milestone of one of my long term clients, who not only turns 70 years old but has earned the right to claim that she is stronger than any other time in her life!

Heidi Horton(with her permission of course) has been training with me for over 12 years. She started out with typical light weights; 3 #, 5 #, 8 # and has worked her way up to using 20 # and 25 # free weights for bicep curls, 30 # for triceps plus she can do single arm rows with 45 # free weights!

What’s truly amazing is her steadfast commitment to regular training plus she’s always open to learning. She views strength training as a way of life and never tires of wanting to stay strong, and functional so she can keep going as long as possible!

Happy 70th Birthday Heidi! It’s truly an honor and a privilege to be your trainer, coach and friend!
