Today, we stand with our veterans, first responders, and their families, those who have given so much to keep our communities safe.

Mental health is HEALTH. It’s not a weakness, it’s a part of being human.

Whether you’ve worn the uniform or supported someone who has, remember, you are not alone.

Together, we can break the stigma and build a culture where seeking help is seen as strength.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible support at our 1st annual Fairways & Freedom Golf Tournament! ⛳️✨

Thanks to this amazing community, we raised over $11,000 to help open a trauma-informed, culturally competent mental health clinic dedicated to serving veterans, first responders, and their families. 🇺🇸❤️

Your generosity is helping us build a place where our heroes and their loved ones can find the care and support they deserve. This is just the beginning, and we couldn’t do it without you! 🙏🏻

On Friday, September 5th BluSky Restoration Contractors hosted their annual Clays for a Couse, which Exculta Health and Wellness was chosen as the recipient of.

To say Exculta Health + Wellness is beyond honored to be have chosen as the 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ proceeds recipient is an understatement.

Our Executive Director, Maeghan McKinney + Board President, Angela Helgemoe were in attendance to share Exculta’s mission + thank all who participated in raising fund for our organization.

We can hardly believe it — tomorrow kicks off the First Annual Fairways + Freedom Golf Tournament hosted by Exculta Health + Wellness at the beautiful Blue Springs Country Club! 🏌️‍♂️💚
