Treats to help keeps pets cool in the summer
Ingredients
32 oz nonfat plain yogurt regular or Greek
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 bananas very ripe
¼ cup honey optional
Instructions
Place all items in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the flat be**er, beat until smooth, about 4 minutes
Alternatively, mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
Fill the molds or ice cube tray with the "ice cream"
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours
