Here it is.... my newest massage tool a heated muscle scraper !!

Now before you start thinking that sounds scary let me tell you what it does, first it heats up and keeps steady heat the whole time melting away tight spots in the muscle, breaking up new and old scar tissue which improves mobility in that area as well as blood flow and oxygen! Island life massage therapy has for the last 17 yrs worked with athletes, weight lifters, chronic conditions and pre and post surgical clients to improve mobility, decrease tension and scar tissue build up and relieve pain. Specializing in deep tissue massage, treatment focused massage and muscle recovery through cupping and now adding heated muscle scraping! I will be working with muscles, tendons, and fascia to promote healing, reduce pain, increase blood flow and break up stubborn scar tissue to improve movement. The heat helps tremendously with relaxing the tissue so the work is more effective and less uncomfortable.
