You're not alone ๐Ÿ’œ I've been there too.

I was able to spend the day with this incredibly kind-hearted daughter of mine. It is super rewarding to have her as a business partner. She is one creative soul! Most of the placenta prints are done by her skillful paintbrush ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ movements.

Prepare your oxytocin filled environment, and relax into those slow days getting to know your newborn.

I can't stress how important it is to take care of yourself after birth. So often we focus on all the 'things' we need for baby, when in reality all baby really needs is a happy, healthy mama with a good milk supply!
