IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Oak Harbor IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is the Northwest's premier physical and hand therapy group. Originally settled by the Dutch, Oak Harbor has a quaint air about it.

Oak Harbor sits near one of the Pacific Northwest's scenic wonders, Deception Pass, which links Whidbey Island to the rest of the northern Puget Sound mainland.
