My name is Danielle, I am currently a PTA and am passionate about all things health & wellness. I also have a 7 year old boxer whom I adore! I have so many hobbies which include some of the following: learning, reading, fitness, home improvement, etc. I have been teaching Spin Classes for a little over 3 years now. Cycling classes are such a fun way to get cardio in! With a highly energetic, positive environment filled with all styles of music, to support all levels of fitness. I encourage all who are interested to give one class a try, you may be surprised with how much you’re capable of! & hopefully it’s something you can enjoy as much as I do!

Dani's classes are every Saturday at 8:30am!! $10/person and you do not need to be a member of the gym to join classes. Walk ins are welcome! To reserve a bike or if you want more information contact Danielle Epling at 419-707-1291
