On this Peace Officers Memorial Day, we pause with deep reverence to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. These fallen heroes stood as guardians of peace, often placing themselves in harm’s way so that others might live in safety. Their legacy lives on in the lives they touched, the justice they upheld, and the love they left behind in the hearts of their families, colleagues, and grateful citizens. Today, we remember them with solemn gratitude, not just for how they served, but for who they were—steadfast, selfless, and true.
