Our favorite phrases.

“Welcome Home!” You hear it called out when a Resident returns to us after a time of fun; full of excitement and eager to share the news of family , friends and small adventures. “I love you.” is the other phrase of choice around here. Residents, Caregivers, Med-Techs, Housekeepers and Office Personnel say it throughout the building all the time. These phrases aren’t ”throw away’s” to fill empty air space. We mean it. we love our Residents through it all. The good days, the bad days and the fun and sad ones. We’re family in every sense of the word.
