We have made a change to our Tuesday evening Hot Yoga class. All of our evening Hot Yoga classes are now at 6:30 PM to make it easier for everyone to attend a class.

Come join us for a yoga class on Labor Day.  6 am Hot Yoga, 9 am regular yoga, and 6:30 PM Hot Yoga.

6 AM Hot Flow on Fridays with Erica will be a full hour starting THIS Friday 8/15.

Friday at 9:00 AM check out our slow gentle Flow non-heated class led by Sydney.

SoulFire Yoga: Mondays 6:30 PM
SoulFire is a strong, dynamic vinyasa flow designed to ignite your inner power. Through breath-led movement, creative sequencing, and moments of deep stillness, this class challenges both body and mind. Rooted in yogic wisdom and somatic awareness, SoulFire invites transformation from the inside out.

Hot 26: Thursdays 6:30 PM
Hot 26 is a traditional Bikram-style practice featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room. This set sequence builds strength, flexibility, and focus through repetition and discipline. The heat supports detoxification and deep physical opening, offering a powerful full-body experience.

☀What a beautiful day to welcome our newest instructor, Zoe!
Zoe will be teaching two new classes starting tomorrow August 4th (info coming shortly!).

✨For Zoë, yoga is a sacred homecoming—a return to the deep wisdom of the body, the breath, and the spirit. After completing her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Salt Wilmington in 2021, Zoë began offering classes that weave together movement, stillness, and self-inquiry as pathways to healing and wholeness.

Her classes are rooted in strong, soulful Vinyasa flows that invite students into presence and power. Certified in Yin, Slow Flow, and Somatic movement, Zoë holds space for all parts of the self to be witnessed and welcomed. With a foundation in yogic philosophy, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based psychology, her teaching invites a full-body remembrance—of strength, softness, and sacred connection.

Zoë’s journey has taken her from early beginnings in the fitness industry to travels through India, Thailand, and Costa Rica, and into the study of mindfulness in higher education. Every thread of her life has guided her toward the practice of yoga as a way of living, not just moving.

She is especially devoted to the sacred feminine and the power of women’s circles to awaken collective power and healing. As a facilitator, she offers space for women to come home to themselves and each other in community.
