NEW CLASS: WARM DEEP STRETCH Yoga Tuesday at 6:30! Class will be heated to 80-85 degrees.
Come restore and relax in a gently heated deep stretch class designed to support relaxation, mobility, and fascia release. The comfortable warmth helps the body soften, allowing muscles and connective tissue to release more fully.
This practice focuses on longer-held, supported stretches that encourage hydration and elasticity in the muscles, helping to improve flexibility and ease areas of chronic tension. Breath awareness and quiet moments of stillness are incorporated throughout the class to support grounding and mindful presence.
