6 AM Hot Flow on Fridays with Erica will be a full hour starting THIS Friday 8/15.

Friday at 9:00 AM check out our slow gentle Flow non-heated class led by Sydney.

Beverly's Friday 9:30 AM class is on hiatus until September, and we will let everyone know when she comes back.
