July is UV Safety Awareness Month. During the summer months, we usually spend more time outside and we need to protect our skin. Prolonged exposure to UV rays increases your risk for skin cancer.

Here are a few simple steps to protect your skin:
1. Wear SPF and reapply
2. Wear sun protective clothing
3. Seek shade
4. Get regular skin checks
