Congratulations to Kathy L. who graduated from physical therapy today! Here are some of her thoughts on working with us at PT Success:

It's June, everyone. We're heading towards the halfway-point of 2014. Whoa!

Let's get out of our comfort zones and DO something this week we've been putting off.

For me (Melonie) it's going to a yoga class. Easy, right? Well the last time I went to a class, I tweaked my back and couldn't move the next day. (Thankfully I know a wonderful therapist who helped me get back to my old self.) It's time for me to stop THINKING about going to class and WISHING I'm this experienced yogi who couldn't ever do something so incorrectly as to pull a muscle and just GO to class.

Let's DO something this week we've been meaning to, planning on, thinking about...and see what happens!!

Do you eat Butternut Squash? According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, it's an easy way to get lots of vitamins A and C and fiber. This weekend steam a sliced squash or buy peeled, diced butternut squash at the supermarket that's ready to go into the oven, a stir-fry, or a soup and let us know how it tasted!
