This week's focus is on Thankfulness and we want to continue to recognize our team members who were nominated for the PHS annual CROSS awards 2025. 🏆
Today we show our appreciation for Mary! 👏

“Mary Oswald has been at Boutwells as long as it has been standing. Her name is synonymous with Boutwells. Not only is Mary an exceptional receptionist, she also volunteers with residents and the childcare on site (That she started). The reflection of God is apparent in everything Mary does. You can see it in her smile, as she is always happy, warm, and welcoming. You can also see it in how she speaks to residents, guest and coworkers. Mary is a positive bright light at Boutwells and residents look forward to seeing her. Her love of God also shines bright with family members when their loved one has passed. She shows great compassion with just the right words to put family members at ease. Boutwells is so lucky to have Mary." ❤️

It's another week and another nomination for the PHS Annual CROSS awards 2025 - today we want to shout out Erin! 🏆❤️

"As a fitness instructor in our senior living communities, she creates meaningful, personalized experiences that truly enrich the lives of our residents. One of the most creative things she does – and a resident favorite – is turning her own travel experiences into themed workouts when she returns to work from vacation. She’ll walk residents through the sights, sounds, and activities of her trip, all while weaving them into movement making exercise class feel like a shared adventure. Many of our residents are unable to go on a weekend kayaking adventure down the river, but with Erin, they CAN! She is attentive to individual needs, brings joy and energy to every class, and always makes exercise something residents look forward to." 💪

"Tracy is one of a kind. She has a kind demeanor and very approachable. She is always available for residents families if they have questions or needs. Tracy as a coworker is the same way. She is kind, helpful and available. I have never seen her be anything besides kind. Tracy's knowledge and expertise as a nurse shows in the care she provides both directly and indirectly. I would trust her to care for any of my family or friends."
