In the midst of trying to have some kind of mental stability through this presidency, I saw these birds today:

Redheaded woodpecker
Young redheaded woodpecker
Chickadee
Black eyed junco
Tufted titmouse
Eastern bluebird
Bluejay
Cardinal

Also dealing with a PEM flare as well as trying to figure out what I can eat without messing my gut up.

Yesterday I also saw 7 deer…again. So many deer live here.

It pays to live on the edge of the forest by the IL River.

It’s also not flat here in central IL as many people in the USA think. It’s hilly as hell.

Funny how most of the high nutrient foods (and even less nutritious) are not sitting with me. Sometimes you gotta eat plain ass stuff. Like chicken and white rice and carrots and broth. High fiber foods aren’t always good for people and sometimes you just eat what you can. Probably need a doctor at some point..
