I started Multicultural Counseling Associates P.C. because I believe that counseling and therapy needs to be a place where you, your culture, and background is affirmed. I earned my MA in Community Counseling in 2003 and have worked with people from all walks of life. I am able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish and take pride in being bilingual and bi-cultural. I also have expertise i

n working with LGBTQ adults, children and families. I generally provide therapy using a "whatever works" mentality. In sessions, I build upon your skills and coping patterns and use my background and knowledge to help you achieve your goals and ultimately live a life you are excited about.

This!!! I can’t say this enough. The things that are happening are awful. We can’t “therapy” the feelings away- we have to navigate the awfulness, learn to cope with our reality and find ways of fighting back and resisting.
