Established by Dr. Rosa Choi in the early 1970s and moving forward with Dr. Jeffrey Cabotaje since 2002 with the addition of Dr. Elizabeth Wollensak in 2015, this pediatric practice has served generations of families in the Oak Park area and its surrounding communities. Specializing in general pediatric care, we provide preventive health care, treat common childhood illnesses - acute and chronic, and provide parents with support and advice in raising a child for a lifetime of good health. It is with saddened hearts that we share the news of the passing of Dr. Rosa H.S. Choi. She was the founder of this practice; a pediatrician to so many; and to us, not only our employer, but a teacher, mentor, advisor, and Friend.

We will always hold dear memories of Dr. Choi in our hearts. And with those full hearts, we celebrate her life.

She was determined and hard working, extremely charitable, and devoted to her pediatric patients. Over the decades, she had given many hours of her day to care for those who came to her and for those around her.

Here at Pediatrics Unlimited, we have had the honor to work with her, learn from her and simply to be with her. We’ve witnessed and received her encouragement, guidance, and generosity. She taught us so much, not only in health and pediatric medicine, but also in a variety of topics especially the arts, travel, and history.

She truly had a strong influence in our lives and many others.

We will sincerely and dearly miss her.

Our regular schedule resumes on Tuesday, Sept 5.
