Pregnancy…often described as a time of joy, but for many, it’s also filled with worry.
If you’re navigating a pregnancy after infertility or loss, you can probably relate to many of the worries mentioned above in this post.

▪️The ‘shoulds’ can feel overwhelming
You’re not doing pregnancy wrong, you’ve just been through a lot. Mixed emotions are normal during this time so feel whatever it is that you’re feeling.
Support is here and you deserve a space to share all of what you’re feeling. You don’t have to carry these worries alone. Processing these feelings in therapy can help you move through pregnancy with more grounding and support.
