💗 This week is World Breastfeeding Week 💗
Breastfeeding is natural—but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
Physical therapy can play an important role in helping parents feel more comfortable and supported during their feeding journey. At Centre Physical Therapy, we work with breastfeeding moms to address:
✔️ Postural pain (neck, upper back, shoulders)
✔️ Rib and thoracic mobility
✔️ Core and pelvic floor recovery
✔️ Scar tissue management (especially after C-section or birth trauma)
✔️ Ergonomics and positioning for feeding

Our goal is to help you feel good while doing good—because caring for yourself so important.
