Thank you to Kingdom Running Club (Sharon Stewart) for inviting me back - for probably the 12th year, to conduct a presentation on the benefits and importance of Clinical Massage Therapy, as it pertains to training for and finishing marathons - STRONG.
The attendees soaked up everything that I shared and afterwards, they put a demand on me to pour out MORE!
