I’ve been sparked up by a practice that is lighting my heart up (literally!) I’m so excited about it, I thought I’d throw together a circle tomorrow (New Years Day). We’ll bring love into our hearts and spread it out as a blessing. It will be a beautiful way to set space for the upcoming year! I know it’s last minute, but I hope you can join on this auspicious day! Feel free to invite family members or others you think would appreciate.

The circle is just half an hour includes powerful breath practices that really cut through the clutter of the mind! MIDDAY MEDITATION Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-12:30 CT
Tuesdays and Thursdays use this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82026909461?pwd=aklKZ2dkWmJhdXVXWDJHRXFKN3NnZz09 Meeting ID: 820 2690 9461, Passcode: 340679.
**Remember the first Tuesdays of the month we meet through the library. Register through the OPPL using this link: https://oakpark.librarycalendar.com/events/virtual-midday-meditation-0
The session generally starts with Kundalini breath practices that offer powerful ways to shift your state and make meditation much more accessible. You may find it’s easier to practice in a group setting with the potential to bring you to even deeper states. Plus, the breath practices are a great way to boost your respiratory health. What a great time to start a meditation practice or revisit a faded one. It’s a welcoming group for meditators old and brand new.
It's been a great joy to practice together this year. It feeds me! Many blessings to you and your loved ones in this new year.
