When you come in for your acupuncture session we'll start off with an initial consult where I'll ask you about your health and determine what herbs are right for you.
After that, I strategically place the needles where you need them most. Depending on what's going on, you might be face down or face up. Needles can be placed anywhere from head to feet! (Don't worry--they don't hurt!)
After the needles are placed you'll have about 45 minutes of quiet. I'll give you meditation prompts and music for you to focus on during that time.
Meditation may not be easy to do the first time, but that's ok! Think about it like muscles at the gym--the more you use them the easier it gets!

I LOVE THIS! Fear lowers the immune system. Fear is a tactic to divide, fear is a way to control, fear is a way to get people to submit to illogical ideologies. LOVE increases the immune system. The very feeling of love in your heart system increases oxytocin—>increases—>IG levels—>and lowers blood pressure among many many other benefits, LOVE unites! It conquers all. Understand what the sh*t media and government is trying to do right now. Yes “it” exist. But now is the time to LOVE, not only your neighbor, but your body! No one is going to save you except yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, HUG people, —get that oxytocin, check your micronutrients. Do all the things EXCEPT fear! ❤️💕✨🌟💥
Often people ask me, how can I get my child to start meditating. My answer is you start first! See Sabel in the background (he didn’t move an inch for 16 min), this is only his 3rd or so time meditating but he grew up as a baby seeing me meditate. We shared a room for the first 5 years of his life. So often he would wake up and see me in my meditation spot mediating and crawl over and lay in my lap. For him it’s just a normal part of life. My daughter started her own practice without me asking her when she was 10. I would walk in at night to say goodnight and there she would be, up, straight in her bed, eyes closed and palms up. When they see you meditate and they see how it positively affects you, it will be second nature. My kids know if I am edgy, and impatient, I probably haven’t meditated 🤣. So moral of the story, you can’t make them do something they don’t see you do period. Change yourself and the others around will change. Parents will say my kids need this, they are anxious, they are stressed, etc etc. But truth is they feed off the energy around them. More than likely parents need to do it even more. And if you try to fix the child before fixing yourself. It’s like making a bed but not making the sheets underneath first. It doesn’t work. Be a light in your home, and then the kids will follow 💫🌟☀️Grayson is the first boy (my future kiddo) and he is just a bit sleepy but did amazing! I am proud of both these boys ❤️
