🔥 Inflammation & Women's Health — June 5th, 6–7:30pm
A practical, eye-opening class on how inflammation shows up in the body and the simple nutrition and lifestyle tools you can use to address it.

🌀 Sovereignty Circle — June 9th, 6:30–8pm
A monthly drop-in to slow down, check in with yourself, and share your journey in a warm, non-judgmental space.

🍵Energetic Uck!: A Body Mind Spirit Approach to Common Illness — June 12th, 6:30–8:30pm
Ever been sick and just felt off in ways that went beyond the physical? Come explore the mind-body-spirit connection to illness and healing, while enjoying a hot cup of tea!

🍄 Foraged: A Mushroom Water Color Class — June 19th, 6–8pm
A beginner-friendly, no-pressure watercolor workshop painting Tennessee's native mushrooms — all supplies included!

⭐ The Venus Method : Design Your Home by the Stars — June 27th, 5:30–7pm
Learn how your birth chart can guide you in designing a home that actually feels like you. No astrology experience needed.

Most of us are running on patterns we didn't consciously choose — reactions, fears, self-beliefs that were wired in long before we had the words for them. These unconscious patterns live in the shadow. And learning to meet it changes everything.

This month Kayden is teaching two classes at ETMA rooted in Carl Jung's work — and you don't need any background to show up.

🌑 5/15 | Meeting Your Personal Shadow- An intro to Jungian shadow work. You’ll learn how to recognize recurring emotional patterns, uncover the hidden parts beneath them, and begin discovering what those parts actually need in order to feel safe, supported, and integrated.

🌀 5/21 | Active Imagination- A Jungian Approach to Shadow Work — This is the technique Jung used to write his legendary Red Book — an inner dialogue practice using visualization and reflection to connect with the symbols and voices living in your inner world. It's equal parts psychological tool and spiritual practice, and it really works.

Both classes are entry by donation (suggested $33) and are beginner-friendly. RSVP by marking "going" on the Facebook event so we know you're coming!

Every second Tuesday join a heart centered Sovereignty Circle to share about your personal development/healing/spiritual journey. 630-8pm Donation entry. All are welcomed.

We start with a grounding exercise to slow down and sink into the moment, then everyone gets a chance to share from the heart. Practice connecting with yourself, while you connect with and hold space for others through simply listening.

This is not group therapy or discussion space. Simply a space to be heard and to witness.

We are SO EXCITED to have Christy Yates Interiors an interior designer with 12 years of experience teach us all about how to make your home feel like an extension of who you really are through the lens of astrology.

Join us Saturday May 16th at 5:30pm for The Venus Method : Design Your Home by the Stars Donation entry (suggested $60)

Christy's background in public health informs her approach to restorative design, the belief that environments shape the well-being of the people living in them. The Venus Method is her proprietary framework for designing spaces that consider the whole person through natal chart analysis.
