🌸Spring Into Health: Seasonal Wellness Tips! 🌸

Warmer days are here, and at Integrity Home Care, we want you to enjoy spring feeling your best! Here are 5 simple health reminders to keep you thriving this season:
🌿 Stay Ahead of Allergies
Spring blooms = pollen in the air! If you’re sneezing or congested:
✅ Check daily pollen counts (try weather apps!) and limit outdoor time when levels are high.
✅ Keep windows closed on windy days and use AC or air purifiers.
✅ Shower after being outside to rinse pollen off skin and hair.

💧 Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
Warmer temps can dehydrate you faster, even if you don’t feel thirsty:
✅ Aim for 6-8 glasses of water daily. Add lemon or fruit for flavor!
