We’re excited to share that blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) is now part of the services offered by Dr. Booth through our comprehensive ENT team.

Droopy or heavy eyelids can make you look tired—and in some cases, can even interfere with vision. Blepharoplasty is designed to remove excess eyelid skin, helping patients look refreshed and feel more confident.

This is just one more way we’re continuing to expand services and bring advanced care options to our patients—right when and where they need them.

For 19 years, Kristi has been an essential part of our East Tennessee ENT & Allergy family. As our Prior Authorization Specialist, she’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who works tirelessly with insurance companies to make sure our patients get the care, testing, and procedures they need.

Her dedication, patience, and deep knowledge of the ever-changing insurance world make her one of the quiet heroes of our practice. We truly couldn’t do this without her! 💙

When she’s not helping our patients, Kristi loves:

Dr. Cassandra Hall, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Hall joined East Tennessee ENT & Allergy Specialists in 2010 as an audiologist and became our Managing Audiologist in 2023. 💙

She’s passionate about helping patients hear their best and making sure every visit in our audiology department is a positive one. 👂✨

When she’s not at work, Cassandra loves reading, talking about books, or spending time at the library — her dream job (if she ever left audiology!) would be to become a librarian. 🤓📖

She’s married and the proud mom of one daughter, one dog, and two cats — and says you can “come to me for all your audiology (and book) needs.” 🐾❤️
