Insurance travails have been on the news. Common, is denials of needed physical therapy by insurance, less common is discussion of real facts about costs. For example, Physical Therapy can help avoid surgery in many cases. But it is not well publicized. Also, some insurance plans are more aligned with patient needs. Do you have the right plan? Do you have the option to select a better plan than you are on now? It is tempting to consider only the monthly premium but will you have restrictions and copays you can live with?

Our physical therapy and wellness programs can help, both as a short term therapeutic action or longer term wellness or preventative routines. Our Oak Ridge facility, located at 5758 Berkshire Valley Road, is within easy access to clients from Oak Ridge, Milton, Sparta, West Milford, Stockholm, Newfoundland, Butler, Kinnelon, Newton and Pompton Plains. As you come from Route 23 on Oak Ridge Road, go towards the traffic light by Lakeland Bank. The Ridge Plaza is on your left, just before the light. Our facility is located by Frank's Pizzeria and Subway in the A&P Shopping Plaza We have an additional location in Lake Hopatcong, located at 706 Route 15 South, behind the Lake Hopatcong Post Office.
