💧 Hydration = Joint health + Energy boost!

As temperatures rise, getting dehydrated is easy, especially during activity. Water supports spinal discs, reduces joint stiffness, and improves focus.

Most adults should aim to drink six to eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day (48-64 oz./1.5-2 liters total) and more if you sweat or are active outdoors!

Swollen nerves causing hand pain? This might help! 🙌

If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, numb, tingly, or painful feelings in your hands, a simple hands-on treatment might help.

A recent study examined manual lymphatic drainage, a gentle massage that helps the body move fluid.

Here’s what they found:
💧 Manual lymphatic drainage helped reduce swelling in the nerve in the wrist
💪 It also helped the nerve work better
😊 This could lead to less pain and better hand function

Bottom line: If your hands feel tingly, weak, or painful, gentle hands-on therapy might be what you need.

Why won’t my back pain go away? 🤔

Chronic low back pain isn’t usually caused by one single trigger. It’s complex and influenced by several factors.

A recent study found that persistent pain was linked to:
🔹 Poor neck and hip mobility
🔹 Structural changes in spinal discs and joints
🔹 Psychological factors like stress and anxiety

That’s why a thorough history and exam are key. We look at the whole picture, not just your spine.

If your back pain persists, let’s work together to find a solution. Call us today!
