Come to see me in Oak View, next door to Ojai. I specialize in a pain-free, orthopedic/sports massage which is surprisingly relaxing, very effective in balancing out your muscle groups, improving range of motion and restructuring your posture. When your muscles are in balance, your posture and mobility are restored. I can help you with headache/migraine, neck, shoulder, and back pain as well as frozen shoulder, hip rotator problems, carpal tunnel, sciatica, foot problems.... I'm also certified in Prenatal Massage , Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Swedish and more. I love the James Waslaski technique for orthopedic/sports massage and loving the fact that it integrates so well with relaxation while effectively correcting musculoskeletal imbalances or postural problems.As western medicine is slowly learning, massage is a very effective tool in improving health, maintaining our immune systems, improving circulation, reducing stress, anxiety and tension; it can lower blood pressure, increase energy and concentration, reduce fatigue, lessens depression and effects every system of the body. On top of all that, It feels great! If you've never experienced a massage or know someone who hasn't contact me or buy that person one of my gift certificates.
