Somewhere in the chaos of life…
the hormones, the stress, the empty-nest shift, the doing-everything-for-everyone…

I realized I was running on fumes.

So here’s what I did to change it — simple, doable, and exactly what helped me shed:

✨ extra weight
✨ the sadness I didn’t talk about
✨ the overwhelm
✨ the 3pm crash
✨ the brain fog that made me forget why I walked into a room

…and gain back:
