Coming at you with a bit of a New Year info-dump! 🌪️ We are officially heading into Performance Season at The Fix and I couldn’t be more excited.
This year we’ve raised our standards, not to expect perfection, but to prioritize consistent attendance and a real commitment to the full season.
There’s something so cool that happens when a student moves away from just focusing on their own practice and joins a team. That sense of belonging and the pride they feel for their teammates’ wins starts to take the place of just individual goals. It’s be a beautiful shift to watch. Teamwork really does make the dream work! 🤝
The Details:
• Performance Track: If you’re interested (or even just curious) about joining us this season, the link in our bio has the full breakdown of requirements.
• Deadline: Enrollment closes January 15th.
• New Students: We actually have a couple of openings left in our Intro to Aerial courses on Thursdays and Saturdays!

This Sunday We’re entering the DROP ZONE!! This all-day clinic will drive these lucky kids forward on their journey to courage, athleticism and self discovery. Watch kids go from timid to confident, their fear moves from the driver’s seat to the back seat as they gain a wealth of knowledge and experience that will spill over into the way they carry themselves through life! Don’t let them miss this adventure!

‘Yoga for Peace’ is a donation-based community class where we quiet the noise of the world and rest in God’s peace. This practice is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and create stillness so you can better hear God’s voice. Together we’ll breathe, stretch, and move in a way that honors the body He gave us and the Spirit He placed within us.

Our goal is to leave the mat carrying His peace into our homes, workplaces, and community, becoming a light in a restless world. All are welcome, no matter your background or experience.

TWO Upcoming Youth Aerial events the kids will FLIP over!
First, the much anticipated comeback of
🍿AERIAL MOVIE NIGHT 🍿
This one will feature the animated fantasy comedy; LUCK. This is the social event the kids have been waiting for all year! Complete with open aerial, photo ops, and of course, POPCORN!

Next Up is the🍭 “Aerial Candy” 🍭 the kids beg for every week. An all out Drops Fest! Kids will learn adventurous new drops that will super boost their courage and confidence! This one requires a minimum of 6 Aerial classes to attend so be sure they have logged the classes before Oct 18th!
