TWO Upcoming Youth Aerial events the kids will FLIP over!
First, the much anticipated comeback of
🍿AERIAL MOVIE NIGHT 🍿
This one will feature the animated fantasy comedy; LUCK. This is the social event the kids have been waiting for all year! Complete with open aerial, photo ops, and of course, POPCORN!

Next Up is the🍭 “Aerial Candy” 🍭 the kids beg for every week. An all out Drops Fest! Kids will learn adventurous new drops that will super boost their courage and confidence! This one requires a minimum of 6 Aerial classes to attend so be sure they have logged the classes before Oct 18th!

In light of recent messages I’ve received after posting a free Yoga for Peace class in honor of Charlie Kirk, I want to be transparent about something important.

At The Fix, my mission has always been to create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting space where people can come to move their bodies, build confidence, and find peace. That hasn’t changed and it never will.

I also believe in free speech, respectful debate, and critical thinking — values that are essential in a free society. My choice to honor someone who stood for those values does not make me, or this studio, a “fascist organization.” Quite the opposite.

It saddens me that in today’s climate, supporting peace, unity over division, and free expression can be twisted into something it’s not. I won’t be bullied or shamed into silence for my beliefs, and I won’t let cancel culture undermine the community we’re building here.

Our doors remain open to anyone seeking strength, peace, and connection. We may not all agree on everything, but here, we practice respect for ourselves and each other.

As always, our policy is that class purchases are non-refundable, but if someone chooses not to attend, passes may be transferred as a donation to our Youth Aerial Arts Initiative to help bring aerial opportunities to local youth.

Hey Parents, Do you think aerial might be your child's new healthy obsession but you're curious if they are ready to start taking group classes? Here are some clear signs of readiness!
👉Basic strength & coordination – Able to hang from a bar, climb a little, or hold themselves up on playground equipment.
👉Body awareness – Can follow instructions like “straighten your legs” or “pull yourself up.”
👉Balance & flexibility – Not perfect, but enough to feel comfortable moving their body in different ways.
👉Stamina – Can stay active for 45–60 minutes without needing long breaks.
👉Willing to try new things – Even if they’re shy, they show curiosity and excitement about aerial.
👉Resilient with challenges – Doesn’t melt down at the first sign of struggle; can regroup and try again with encouragement.
👉Comfort with separation – Can be in a class setting without needing a parent right by their side.
👉Listens & follows group instructions – Can follow basic safety rules, take turns, and wait when needed.
👉Respects equipment and peers – Understands that aerial silks/hoops are to be used only with guidance.
👉Works well with peers – Can collaborate, spot, or encourage classmates
👉Understands “safety first” – Knows that being silly on equipment can be dangerous.
👉Takes correction well – Open to feedback from instructors without shutting down.
👉Self-awareness – Can communicate “I feel dizzy” or “I need a break” when needed.

need a schedule that’s better tailored to them.
