Last Call for our last Aerial Camp of the Summer, NEON!!! July 21-25, 10 AM -3 PM Daily Kids will spend the week having active fun with daily aerial workshops, confidence and friendship-building games, training in strength, conditioning, poise and flexibility, creative choreograph and dynamic routines, and finally performing for family and friends in a glow n flow blacklight setting followed by awards ceremony and raffle! The end of summer fun and memories they will LOVE before heading back to school!

In Week One, we’ll lay the foundation for your pelvic floor health by focusing on breath awareness with diaphragmatic breathing, and deep core connection. Understanding the relationship between your breath and pelvic floor is a powerful first step toward building strength, balance, and a deeper mind-body connection.
💻What We’ll Cover Online:
Introduction to the Pelvic Floor: Explore pelvic floor anatomy and its vital role in overall health.
Understanding Dysfunction: Learn how to identify the types and causes of pelvic floor dysfunction and how to navigate this course according to your own unique needs.
🧘🏽‍♀️What We’ll Do in Class:
Breathing Exercises: Learn proper diaphragmatic breathing technique to promote relaxation and connection.
Core Activation: Explore gentle and effective exercises to engage your pelvic floor and core muscles to support strength, alignment and stability.
Restorative Stretches: Release stored tension with stretches designed to realign and relax the pelvic floor.
