We had a great discussion with the Healthy Lifestyle Program sponsored by The Rapides Foundation!

We explored how regular exercise can improve sleep quality—helping you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and feel more rested. We also reviewed the updated food pyramid guidelines, focusing on balanced nutrition and making healthier everyday choices.
